By accessing our website, booking solar consultations, or engaging our installation services across Uttar Pradesh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.
2. Services & Quotations
We specialize in residential and commercial solar energy setups, net-metering assistance, inverter configurations, and structural installations.
- All online or telephonic price estimates are provisional and subject to formal site inspection.
- Final pricing depends on roof load-bearing analysis, shadow audits, component selections, and applicable government subsidies.
- Quotations remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Note: Government solar subsidies and net-metering approvals are subject to state electricity board (DISCOM) guidelines and timelines.
3. Payment Terms & Milestone Billing
Projects are executed based on agreed payment milestones (typically comprising an advance booking deposit, material dispatch payment, and final post-installation clearance). Failure to clear milestone payments on schedule may result in project delays for which Wizzard Power Solutions holds no liability.
4. Warranties & Maintenance
Solar panels, inverters, and structural mountings are backed by manufacturer warranties as specified in your purchase agreement. Wizzard Power Solutions provides workmanship warranties for installation integrity. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, extreme acts of nature beyond engineering thresholds, or third-party interference voids all active service warranties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wizzard Power Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from power grid fluctuations, unapproved electrical alterations by third parties, or delays caused by local regulatory compliance bodies.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
